Department of Arts was established at Sindhi college in the year 2018. Bachelor of Arts provides well-rounded approach, which can offer versatility and options when seeking a career or a graduate degree. This is especially true in case of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Journalism which fosters the students to develop excellent skills and enter into wide range of employment area. Here the course is not limited to careers in one subject because of this double major combination which builds a strong foundation in two different subjects at the same time.

College faculty are dedicated and provide students with access to intellectually stimulating instruction and creative activities in literature, phonetics, social and behavioural psychology along with field work, workshops, etc.

All our BA alumni are either pursuing their post- graduation in English / Psychology, aspirant of UPSC and also they are furthering their studies in foreign University. HR, health associated professions, hospitals etc. offer an exciting and amazing career path for students’ of psychology. Pertaining to journalism some of the options include writing for national, regional and local newspapers, magazines, radio and television stations and online publications and companies involved in public relations, corporate communications, content writing and marketing. Students’ can also pursue post-graduation and expand it with further research.
